Overnight we released the following features to all users:

Create Similar Order

We recently released the ability to Create Similar Order from a member's club selection, where you could create a new order with the cart already populated with the member's selection.

After we released that we thought to ourselves "you should be able to do that for all historical orders" - i.e. if any customer (not just members) rings you up and says "I want the same as last time" you just find the old order and click Create Similar Order.

The cart will open up pre-populated with the contents of the customer's previous order.

If this has given you an idea, it's probably the same as ours... so watch this space.

Order Status added to Customer side-panel

One of our clients requested this, and we thought it was a good idea.

Now when you're in the Customer's side-panel, we're displaying every Order's payment and fulfilment status.

Resend Emails from Customer side-panel

Sometimes a customer will say "I didn't get the email", so now there's an Actions menu beside every historical email with the option to Resend that single email.

Display of Benefits on Club signup improvement

When you're running a club with multiple tiers of benefits, when we displayed those benefits to the customer signing up, they weren't as clear as they could have been.

Previously, the example above said "5-15% off full prices for bottles" in all the option buttons.

As you can see, we've tweaked it to make clearer the minimum benefit of the 12 bottle option is now 10% and the minimum for the 24 bottle option is 15%. A small tweak but a nice one.
